Blueberry Ridge Warming Hut

The Warming Hut at the Blueberry Ridge Recreation Area lighted loop parking area was opened in January 2016.  The Club maintains and operates the Hut for the public.

The Warming Hut is open during winter from 7 a.m.-11 p.m.  Inside you will find a wood stove, picnic tables, restrooms with changing tables and a water bottle friendly fountain.  We try to keep a supply of maps of the local ski trails available and enjoy reading the comments visitors leave in our guest book.

A state recreation passport is required for parking at the Recreation Area.  Payment for day passes and donations to support ski grooming are accepted at the DNR pipes located at both the lighted loop and North parking area trailheads.

Visitors can make donations to the Hut operating expenses (electricity, firewood, propane, tp, etc.) using the donation box and envelopes or the QR code provided inside the Hut.  Donations for operating expenses can also be made by clicking on the donation box photo below.
